SENATE BILL NO. 122 "An Act relating to the disclosure of                      
information by an employer about the job performance of an                     
employee or former employee" was read the third time.                          
                                                                               
Senator Adams moved that SENATE BILL NO. 122 be returned to                    
second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being             
Amendment No. 1.  Senator Kelly objected.
